Other Civil War sites are less famous and draw smaller crowds. Many are disappearing under urban development.

The figure is comparable to the USA where we also know that for the richest 1% of US citizens, real wealth increased 160% and for the top 0.1%, it rose 350%.

I found an online pdf (31 pages, no short read) about the 4 generations currently in the workforce, their desires, expectations and how best to manage them. The document also contains a blueprint for a better workplace. It’s succinct and well-written. The analysis is believable.
